The Provider is a direct service position, providing In-Home Health Care to the elder and disable community. According to San Antonio In-Home Health Care the following tasks are listed on the job descriptions as sole responsibility to complete daily by its employed providers. Tasks listed on the job description are designed to meet the client’s individual needs to achieve an independent dignified lifestyle. Candidates must be available to meet client’s schedules Monday through Sunday.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Bathing Dressing Exercises Grooming, Shaving and Oral Care Hair and Skin Care Toileting Ambulation Cleaning the client’s common area Laundry Walking Meal Preparation Escorting Assist with self-Administered Medication
Minimum Education and Experience Qualifications: Must have at least 6 months experience working in the Home Health Care environment. Prior to any employment offer by San Antonio In-Home Health Care, potential candidates must adhere to a State of Texas Criminal History Check, search the Nurse Aide Registry (NAR) and the Employee Misconduct Registry (EMR) as per Texas Administrative Code 93.3 and Chapter 253, Texas Health and Safety Code, Employee Misconduct Registry. Any finding on either registry may deem you un-employable by the agency.
